Grant Approval

Many home buyers do not realize the abundance of free down payment gifts and grants offered by charities, non-profit organizations, local and federal housing authorities. For instance, the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority is currently offering grants up to $7,500 for down payment and closing costs assistance to qualified Indiana home buyers.

There are only a handful of lenders approved to provide this program. The professionals at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation can approve you for these grants in less than 24hrs. Please fill out the Grant Approval form and Waterstone will walk you through the process.
