Dream Maker Grant for VA Buyers
You may receive up to $5,000 in grant money. Grant is $3 for every $1 dollar you contribute.
1. Must be a first time home buyer or have not owned a home in prior three years.
2. Must attend a home buying seminar with an approved organization.
3. Meet income limits. $55,000 or 80% of median income based on family size.
